The first thing to do is for you to complete the online questionnaire and return to us.

After you submit your completed questionnaire we will either contact you to discuss your trip or send an email invoice. Once payment has been settled you will be sent your itinerary (this will take at least 5 working days).

Contact us as soon as you know your dates. It would be helpful if you could allow at least 2 weeks before the start of your trip to ensure that we have enough time to build your itinerary and send it to you in good time. The earlier the better!

We will try to make your itinerary as quickly as possible but please allow at least 5 working days.

Completed questionnaires are only seen by us and will not be shared with any third parties. Our privacy policy can be viewed here.

This would cost £160. However if your party is larger than four or if you require the itinerary faster than the standard delivery time there will be a supplement of £50.

Not at all, we will happily make itineraries for all sorts of parties regardless of age or size. However, there is a £50 supplement for parties larger than four.

There is a lot of information for visiting London available in books and online but for a city the size of London it could be overwhelming and confusing. A lot of the recommendations in guidebooks will just be filled with other tourists who have read the same book. We live in London and we know it very well, we want to share with you the best places that might not always be in the guidebook. We are like your friend who lives in the city and has the inside track. By your questionnaire answers we will be able to work out what sort of trip you are interested in and tailor it to you. Therefore by using our itinerary service we think you that you would save plenty of time but also see all the best that London has to offer you and not make mistakes going to the wrong places. Your trip is made a lot easier and you see what a great city London is without having to work your way through mountains of information.

With your itinerary we will send you a copy of our London fact sheet which will give practical advice on transport, climate, opening hours etc.

Although we do not book this ourselves we are able to give you the web addresses of companies where you can arrange this online.

If you want to go ahead with the suggestions on your itinerary for theatre, concerts etc we provide the web addresses where you can book online. As an international visitor you can pay for the tickets online and then collect them at the box office the night of the performance with the card that you used for payment. If you have any queries regarding tickets we are here to help. We can make restaurant reservations for you. Generally we do not book anything that requires payment upfront but we do provide you with the relevant websites to do this yourself. Please note that it is possible to buy theatre tickets on the same day as the performance as it is only the most popular or newest shows that are sold out (and this might only be at the weekends). We would recommend if you really wanted to see a particular show it would however be best to book in advance.

We do not book train tickets ourselves but we will help you by providing the right information and details of how to do it yourself.
